At Ashe Counseling & Coaching, we work with a variety of insurance providers to make mental health care accessible. We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield IL (PPO), UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, BIBS Community, Aetna Better Health, Meridian, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas (PPO).

Out-of-Pocket Costs and Co-Pays
Your out-of-pocket costs depend on your insurance plan. This may include a co-pay, which is a fixed fee paid at each session, or a portion of the session fee if your deductible hasn’t been met. For clients without insurance, our out-of-pocket rates are transparent and competitive

Individual Counseling
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Offered both online and in-person, this service provides a dedicated space for partners to process and explore their thoughts and emotions together. Sessions are designed to foster communication, understanding, and connection within the relationship. Meetings are typically scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs

Cancellation Policy
At Ashe Counseling & Coaching, we value your time and strive to provide the best care possible. To ensure fairness to both clients and therapists, we have the following cancellation policy:
No show/ Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of $99.00 will be charged.
Medicaid Clients: We do not charge Medicaid clients for missed appointments. However, after two missed appointments without notice, clients may be referred to another provider.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees and to allow us to offer the appointment time to another client. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
